How To Create or Run Blog With Custom Domain

Hi guys! This Article is based on Blogging with custom domain like you have your personal blog with name http://yourname.blogspot.com/ and you want to turn it into http://www.yourname.com/ So first of all you need a domain name There are lots of company selling domain name with suffix like .com, .in, .us, .co.in. If you have already one then okay - but if you have not then there is a Company named as www.bigrock.in here you can find cheap rate and nice control panel.

For .in just 99Rs (IND)

If you are not belong to India then there is www.bigrock.com goto the website and buy your domain name. ok now the main topic of this article comes how to run this domain name with blogspot. first of all you need to make changes in your domain name control panel goto to panel login then there is list of domain names you have.

Now click on the domain you want to use in blog.In panel there is an option name as DNS free click on that and there is big green button named MANAGE DNS click on that then a pop up windows appear.

 

 I am going to modify my blog with cstrikegaming.in now ckeck that pop up window her e you can modify your domain ARECORD. look like in pic below

In HOST NAME : ghs.google.com,
In DESTINATION IPV4 : 216.239.32.21
You need to add four entry with this host name other three have same host name but different ip. see in  pic

 

From 3 to 6 

Now goto CNAME Record need to add new cname record with setting given in pic below.

In name filed fill ghs.google.com and in value filed fill www and save it. i already added that why it says to modify not save don't confuse.

OK this is end of domain side setting now goto blog setting option then Publishing option the there is another option switch to custom domain click on it the advance setting listed in right side click on it here we need to put you domain name with prefix www.yourname.com or what you have fill the captcha field ok save it now it take some time your blog domain name automatically redirect to your custom doamin.
